INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Step 1: Soak 1 piece (4-5gr) in clean water for 3 hours until the fibers expand and soften, then drain for 10 minutes.
- Step 2: Then, steam the bird’s nest in a double boiler for 40-50 minutes with water covering the entire surface of the nest.
- Step 3: Add ingredients as desired: rock sugar, ginger, goji berries, lotus seeds… and steam for another 10 minutes.
- It is best to consume the bird’s nest immediately after steaming to retain its delicious aroma.
- Best time to consume bird’s nest: in the morning and 1 hour before bedtime.
- Children 1-12 years old: 1-3gr/serving, 2-3 times/week.
