RETURN POLICY

At Bao Tho Nest USA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and always place customer satisfaction as our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below:
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- Applicable to both defective and non-defective products.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products must remain intact, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and instruction materials.
- The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Opened products, perishable items, customized or made-to-order goods, clearance or final-sale items.
Return & Exchange Process:

- Any return shipments without prior confirmation will not be processed.
- After inspection, if the item is eligible, customers may choose one of the following:
- One-for-one product exchange
- Refund to the original payment method (within 7 business days)
- Exchange for another product (if available)
Fees & Storage:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Storage fees are waived by Bao Tho Nest USA.
